Job Description:
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Document financial transactions by entering account information
Prepare annual budgets and cash flows Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
Prepare and maintain reports for management
Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements Communicate and update key local and overseas stakeholders on financial transactions
Maintain and process payroll
Reconcile financial discrepancies by analyzing account information
Analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources, and provide strategic recommendations to business and financial problems
Provide strategic recommendations to business and financial problems
Manage bank relationships and ensure banking services are handled securely and efficiently
Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential
Ensure compliance with international accounting standards


Job Requirements:
OTHER FACTORS:
A degree in Accounts, Finance or related field would be an asset

Through knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
Expert knowledge in the use and administration of QuickBooks, sage, oracle or other related accounting software
Proficient in Microsoft Office
