Summary of Position:
To carry out front office duties of HOSPITALITY
Answering guests by phone or email
Meeting and greeting guests with a smile and make them feel welcome
Socializing at the Guesthouse
Bookkeeping in QuickBooks, excel sheets petty cash, always updated for the week
To make a work schedule for the week manager approved.
Develop work reports of all employees
Payment of bills
Organization of tours at guesthouse
Verifying bills and salary payments
Filling out VAT and social security forms
Communication with owner financial fortnightly and week progress reports
Making notes of meetings

1. Background characteristics required: You must have good background experience in secretarial work such as front desk office, general office work with knowledge of bookkeeping, (QuickBooks) and great communication skills and a good organizer.
